Flight Attendant Retirement

Flight Attendants interested in acquiring their projected monthly pension benefit may access this information via the HUB. After logging on to the main page, (instructions below) under BENEFITS click on (1) Benefits and other Forms; next click on (2) Benefit Forms; next click on (3) Retire Estimate Request Form. Print the page, fill out the form and mail the information to the following address:
