Recall Rights for Terminated Flight Attendants

The Union and the Company were successful in reaching a settlement for AFA case 30-99-02-74-01: "Probationary Terminations/No Furlough."

Terminated Probationary Flight Attendants will receive recall rights - details to follow soon.

Due to the settlement the arbitration scheduled for February 26 - 27, 2002 at the Marriott Key Bridge in Arlington, Va is postponed.
