The USAirways BenefitCenter is now handling the medication "Override" that we wrote out to you on 2/1/05 E-line. Please remove that number.

If you exhaust your maintenance medication supply prior to receiving your first Caremark order, you can call the USAirways BenefitCenter at 1-800-872-4780, prompt 1.

Please make a note of this for future reference.
