PROFIT SHARING INFORMATION AND DISTRIBUTION
The Union and the Company are currently undergoing the process to determine the
exact number of Flight Attendants eligible for profit sharing checks. Once the
data is compiled and confirmed, the final number of eligible members and the
total w-2 earnings for all eligible members will be announced.
The terms of the profit sharing plan, determined in bankruptcy by the creditors,
allowed for the inclusion of retired or furloughed employees who had w-2
earnings in 2006 to be determined by the Unions. In September, 2006 the AFA MEC
voted unanimously to include members who either retired or participated in the
VFLR in the 2006 plan.
