T/A CLARIFICATION

The Early Retirement Incentive in the TA is for those who are at least 55 and have at least 20 years of service; and who notify the Company of their intent to retire by no later than March 1, 2005; and who retire between January 2, 2005 and December 31, 2005. The $300 per month cash payments will not commence until January 1, 2006. In addition, to be eligible for the cash payment, you must have been active on December 1, 2004.


T/A Highlights Omission

The following was omitted from the Highlights of the TA. This provision allows Reserve Flight Attendants to live one hour and thirty minutes from domicile:

Replace Section 11.J.1. with the following: 1. A reserve flight attendant shall have a minimum of one hour and thirty minutes (1:30) from the time he/she is awarded/assigned a trip by Crew Scheduling to report to the airport. A reserve flight attendant may reside in a location that is consistent with compliance with this provision given normal surface transportation conditions.
