BENEFITS UPDATE

1. Caremark/CVS - Beginning January 1, 2009 you will be able to go to your local CVS Pharmacy to order your 90 day prescriptions.  This means you can order and pick up your medication at CVS.  Look for information from Caremark later on this month on this important change. This letter will tell you how to obtain medication from your local CVS Pharmacy

2. FSA Debit Card - Beginning in January 2009 you will be able to use a debit card with your Flexible Spending Account. Look for a mailing from Conexis later on in December, 2008 to find out how to order your debit card.

3. Voluntary Furlough Returnees - If you returned from the 3 month Voluntary Furlough as of December 2, 2008, you benefits are to be active by Monday, December 8, 2008, according to the US Airways Benefits Department.  Benefits will be retroactive to December 2, 2008.

On December 8, 2008 you will be able to sign up for your 2009 benefits as well, according to the US Airways Benefits Department.  Please note: you have until December 31, 2008 to sign up for your 2009 benefits.  If you do to sign up by December 31, 2009 you and your family will not have benefits for 2009.  Once you complete your benefits sign up, print out the page that shows what you signed up for.  In case of a computer glitch (does not happen that often but has been known to happen) and does not register all of your information, you will have a record of what you signed up for.  Without the print out you can loose your benefits for 2009, so please print out your benefit page after completing it.

Thank You,
