We may be offering Voluntary Personal Leaves of Absence (VPLOA) for the bid month of February 2006 for the following bases:
CLT, PHL, PIT
Any flight attendant interested in applying must submit a Voluntary Personal Leave of Absence (VPLOA) Request Form. All forms must be received by Inflight Administration no later than Thursday, December 15, 2005.
Request forms cannot be submitted on TheHub. All Requests must be forwarded as follows:
