RESERVE UNEMPLOYMENT NOTICE
AFA has been notified by the Company that Human Resources will
dispute all unemployment claims filed as a result of the new
reserve system where reserves do not meet or exceed their
monthly contractual reserve guarantee. This dispute will
include past claims that may have already been paid.
NEW HOTLINE NUMBER
Effective December 17, 2003, the AFA Hotline number will
change. The new number will be 866-USA-AFA2 or 866-872-2322.
Please make a note of this change. Cost savings realized from
this change will be more than $12,000.00 each year.
