Subject: CBS Message - VISA 4/22/05

The following CBS message was sent this morning:

Just as reminder, due to the possibility that any PHL flight attendant may soon be awarded or assigned a trip to Paris, France (CDG), all PHL based flight attendants are required to obtain a French Visa. Since the CLT base currently does not fly to CDG, flight attendants based in CLT are not required to obtain a French Visa, but may elect to do so at their own expense.

It is highly recommended that you obtain your visa in person. Detailed information along with links to regional French Consulates may be found on theHub, Inflight Services, Forms & Publications, ITD Forms, French Visa information.

The Company will reimburse the cost of a flight attendant's 2-year French VISA. Please submit an original expense form signed in ink, the original receipts and a front face copy of the VISA.
