AFA EAP Committee Member Training

Basic AFA EAP committee member training was held in Charlotte, N.C. on June 5, 6, 7, 2007. In attendance were members from UAL, NWA, ATA, PSA, PED and USA East and USA West.

The new committee members were able to gain knowledge on how the committee operates; AFA EAP committee responsibilities', responsibilities around confidentiality, cultural diversity/sensitivity, providing international services, along with in-depth knowledge of Professional Standards and how to understand as well as handling conflict among workgroups.
