Urgent Action Needed To Stop TSA!
On December 19th at 10:30am, Congressman Edward Markey will be holding a press conference at Washington National Airport to stop the Transportation Security Administration from allowing dangerous items onto commercial flights. Congressman Markey co-authored legislation to stop the TSA from allowing scissors and screwdrivers in passenger carry-on items scheduled to begin on December 22nd of this year. This important piece of legislation needs our support and a few minutes of your time during this press conference. Please take the time to support not only the congressman but your safety and the safety of our passengers as well.
When: Monday, December 19th at 10:30
Where: Washington National Airport, Upper Level near the US Airways Ticket Counter

Why: To support HR 4452, congressional legislation to protect cabin crewmembers and passengers.
It is a busy time of year but AFA members need to support this legislation. Bring your family, friends and co-workers to DCA for a few minutes to show our support.
