Cabin Safety Report
The Charlotte Safety Committee would like to remind everyone to please complete a Cabin Safety Report whenever a safety related incident takes place. This form MUST be submitted to the Corporate Safety Department within 24 hours of the event. Always submit the original and e-mail a copy of the report to the CLT Safety Chair, Barrington Johnson at BJohnson@afausairways.org. AFA needs this information so we can follow up with you on your input and make a difference in the safety of our work environment.
