Voluntary
Personal Leaves of Absence (VPLOA)
In
addition to the previously announced possible Voluntary Personal Leaves
of Absence (VPLOA) for all bases in September the Company has announced
they will be offering VPLOA for August in the following bases: CLT, LGA
and PIT.
Per
Section 20 A.2 a Flight Attendant granted a VPLOA will be treated as if
on active status and as such all accruals and benefits will continue
during the duration of the VPLOA.
The
deadline to submit a request for the August VPLOA is July 10, 2005.

Any
flight attendant interested in applying must submit a Voluntary Personal
Leave of Absence Request Form. All forms must be received by Inflight
Administration no later than Sunday, July 10, 2005.
