Benefits Enrollment Deadline for active employees -

All benefit registration must be done on line, to
register log on to:

Uniform Fittings and Order Deadline - Orders must be
completed by November 3, 2008. You may also call the
Twin Hill Customer Service Department at
1-866-929-1026 from 0700-1900 CDT.
US
Airways inactive employees, retirees, and survivors
will have an opportunity to participate in the
annual enrollment online November 5th through
16th. You will be able to view the online benefits
before and after these dates, but this is the ONLY
time to review your benefits, hear about the rate
changes and use this process to make your
selections. Log on to
http://eBenefitsUS.com and be sure you have the
right coverage for you and your eligible family
members.
United Health Care to Offer
Free Flu Shots in Charlotte
All US Airways employees and their
dependants are invited to receive a free flu shot
from United Health Care. If you elected outside
medical coverage the fee will be $25. (Checks or
Credit Cards Only) If you are interested, please
bring your US Airways Medical Card and ID with you
to either location below.

local, state and federal officials on these
important industry concerns. It is our goal to
improve our working conditions and continue to be
