For December 2009 (E190 CLT ONLY) the Company was unable
to fulfill the posted Permanent Bid for the pilots.
Therefore, the bid line package has the following
message: All primary bid lines (E190) will be credited
with the difference between 80+00 hours and the
published line value. This credit will automatically be
added to your December activity for pay and scheduling
projection purposes and will not require a pay claim
submission.
This short block pay claim is treated like any other
credit and will not be reduced regardless if SAP, AIL,
ETB or TWOP is utilized. See if the following
information is helpful:
SAP: The line is worth 65 hours; therefore the flight
attendant has a 15 hours credit "which can not be
reduced". When SAP is opened Unit 1 will reflect
projected pay at 80:00 with a maximum of 90:00.
