If you are being displaced into Charlotte and you are assigned a trip that overlaps into June, we have been told by Flight Attendant Scheduling that they will try to work with you and either release you or let you ROC.  If you are having any issues regarding this matter please call our office.

Choosing Positions on Trips

We’ve had a few questions regarding flight attendants who have bid a reserve line even though they could have held a block and how that affects choosing positions on a trip.  The positions are always chosen by system seniority, not blockholder/reserve status.  If you are confused by this please review Section 9.M.2 (on page 9-33 and 34).
 
And By The Way...

Have you picked up your copy of the contract from crew services?  It’s important to have a copy in your possession on your trips (or if you don’t want the extra weight in your luggage then you should make a copy of the Scheduling and Hours of Service sections and carry those with you).  Even though most of us may not like the contents of the agreement, it’s important to know your rights and you should have a copy on hand for reference.
