• 36th Annual AFA-CWA Board of Directors Meeting

Dear Council 89 Members,

The 36th Annual AFA-CWA Board of Directors meeting will be held March 30- April 2, 2009 at the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. All Members in good standing are welcome to attend the annual board.

As per the AFA Constitution and By-Laws, advanced agenda items have been submitted to the BOD for review before the commencement of the meeting. I will be presenting a quick review of these proposals at the Council 89 Local Council Meeting on Friday, March 27, 2009.

Late agenda items may be submitted by either the Local Council President, Master Executive Council or the Executive Board during the first (2) days of the Board meeting. The International President may submit an agenda item at any time. Acceptance of these late agenda items shall be approved by a two -thirds (2/3) majority vote of the Board of Directors.
