PBGC SHUTTLE FLIGHT ATTENDANT DECISION

The PBGC today, 16 May, 2007 has determined that former Shuttle Flight attendants can continue to work for US Airways and collect their PBGC Pension once they reach age 62. This is a reversal of previous decisions by the PBGC. This is in response to the Shuttle Pension Plan that states that Normal Retirement Age (NRA) is 62 years of age. Please contact the PBGC for further information.
