Dear Members,
IT IS CONFIRMED: A RETIREMENT INFORMATIONAL MEETING/SEMINAR WITH THE AFA MEC BENEFITS CHAIRPERSON AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM THE PBGC WILL BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 10, 2007 - IT WILL BE HELD AT THE IAM HALL, EAST BOSTON. A DEFINITIVE TIME WILL BE PROVIDED AT A LATER DATE.
The decision to choose this date was to not interfere with the holiday months and also to provide enough notice prior to the January bid. Crew room postings and e-line notices will serve as constant reminders.
Just for your information: I was advised that PHL base will be holding the Retirement Informational Meeting/Seminar on November 7th & 8th at the airport in the crew rooms at the B-6 and A West locations. Should you wish to attend, below are the specific times.
